Janice says, “We have settled into a nice routine with walking, training, relaxing, and playing outside. Brekky and I have a close bond. She is attentive to my needs and wants to please. She loves to be active catching a ball, but she can entertain herself well with her toys too. She loves my attention, but she does not demand it. She continues to do well with commands. She is awesome!”

Janice also said, “Brekky is alerting me with the push of her nose to my cell phone, timer, and doorbell. I will continue to add new sounds. Brekky is doing all the tasks she is trained to do. She will jump up out of a sound sleep to alert me. She always keeps an eye on me and knows where I am to alert me.”

In the kitchen Brekky is her helper: “She will remind me to use the timer while I’m making dinner. She is my worker bee! Brekky now recognizes the sound for when the microwave is finished. She also alerts me to the stove beeping after it’s finished preheating. Brekky’s favorite time of day is when I’m making dinner with all the beeping and timers! I am able to walk away from the kitchen to attend to other things knowing she’ll alert me.”

After attending the Team Training classes at Circle Tail recently Janice said, “I appreciate the opportunity to participate in the team training classes. Brekky and I love the stimulation of reviewing, practicing, and learning new commands. I can tell this makes us a happy team!”
