Amy H. was partnered with her service dog Suela in August of 2015. She writes this remembrance of her very special service companion.
Suela was the most calming presence I ever met. She was good at comforting me and making me laugh. If she knew I was tired and I was fighting it, she would head to my room and kept coming back to me until I followed her. Then she would sweetly smile, and I would get in bed and within 5 minutes she was up there snuggling me. When I calmed down and relaxed, she went to her bed and assumed the Circle Tail pose!
She went everywhere I did and did everything I did. Evidence is the dirt on her nose from gardening with me.
Suela was my soul dog, and she is greatly missed.
I have been blessed with two Circle Tail dogs and each one complimented my life in one way or another. I remain forever changed by these wonderful dogs!
