The personal files of applicants, students, and graduates will remain confidential and will not be disclosed without their express permission. Applicants, students, graduates or canine handlers are entitled to have their files remain confidential on a need-to-know basis reviewed by appropriate operating program only. Permission by the applicant, student, or graduate must be given by completing an information release form before Circle Tail, Inc. releases confidential information. Circle Tail, Inc. also maintains a privacy policy regarding information collected or submitted on the Circle Tail, Inc. website (www.circletail.org).

The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Circle Tail website. On some pages, you can make requests, and register to receive information and materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are Name, Address, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information if donating online, etc. On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you make a donation in honor of memory of someone, you may want to submit a name and address to send the acknowledgement.
The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself when donating or requesting info to obtain contact information to send the acknowledgement and to add you to our mailing list to receive our newsletters. We do not share this information with outside parties. We use the information you provide about someone else when donating only to send them an acknowledgement of your gift. We do not share this information with outside parties. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose except to provide updates where applicable (i.e. to notify training class attendees of the next level obedience class, follow-up with adopters, etc.) and are not shared with outside parties. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
